At General Construction Company, we offer design-build and preconstruction planning services for projects of all sizes – from residential housing to commercial and industrial constructions. Design-Build is a construction delivery process offering owners a single point of contact and assuming a single-source responsibility for both the design and construction phases of a project (estimation, assessments and pre-construction to architecture, schematics, engineering, subcontracting, construction and post-construction).
